Our mini Kente scarf bag is the fruit of a collaboration between Estelle Yomeda and Stéphanie Césaire. A cloth kente scarf with brightly colored motifs and figures wraps around a supple leather pouch with minimal finishings and seams. Kente cloth is a handcrafted weave with a royal tradition that is made by assembling woven bands that are produced on mini looms by nomadic Togolese craftsmen. Handicrafts, ancestral traditions and rarity are the key elements in this nomadic mini bag where the minimal leather pouch highlights the woven cloth with its colorful West African accents.

The mini KENTE bag can be worn across the shoulder thanks to its handwoven scarf made by Togolese craftsmen. It can be easily adjusted by a leather loop.
Its unlined, paper-sized leather pouch with a square bottom closes with a magnetic snap. A result of the meeting between French and Togolese craftsmen, Kente is made in French saddle calf and is also manufactured in France.
Magnificent full grain saddle calf leather is made from first choice skins. Thanks to its vat-dyed stainproof treatment, this thick, supple, resistant leather has a beautiful, deep, matte color. It’s subtle shading, grainy, waxy hand and softness give it an unmatched look. Made in France.
