Our mini Kente scarf bag is the fruit of a collaboration between Estelle Yomeda and Stéphanie Césaire. A cloth kente scarf with brightly colored motifs and figures wraps around a supple leather pouch with minimal finishings and seams. Kente cloth is a handcrafted weave with a royal tradition that is made by assembling woven bands that are produced on mini looms by nomadic Togolese craftsmen. Handicrafts, ancestral traditions and rarity are the key elements in this nomadic mini bag where the minimal leather pouch highlights the woven cloth with its colorful West African accents.
